01Return window
You may return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email support@freedombath.shop with your order details and we will guide you through it.
02Hygiene and personal-contact items
For health and hygiene reasons, items that are personal or bathroom-contact (for example bath mats, cushions, sponges, non-slip socks and seat pads) can only be returned if they are unopened and unused with any seal intact. This does not affect your right to return faulty items.
03Faulty or damaged items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within a reasonable time and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping for the faulty item. This is in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
04How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our secure payment provider. Once we receive and check the returned item, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping is refunded for faulty items; for change-of-mind returns, outbound shipping may be non-refundable.
05Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return postage and we recommend a tracked service, as items remain your responsibility until they reach us. For faulty items, we cover return shipping.
06Membership cancellations
You can cancel a membership at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; access and perks continue until the end of the current billing period. Because memberships are service subscriptions with no stored value, unused perks are not refundable or transferable.
