We ship worldwide to the countries available at checkout. All prices and shipping charges are in USD. If your country is not listed, contact support@freedombath.shop and we will do our best to help.

02Rates

• Standard shipping: flat $6.50 per order.
• Free standard shipping on orders over $120.
• Comfort Club and Care Circle members receive free standard shipping on every order.

03Processing and delivery times

Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days. Delivery then typically takes 3–7 business days domestically and 7–20 business days internationally, depending on destination and carrier. These are estimates, not guarantees; busy periods and customs can add time.

04Carriers and tracking

We dispatch with reputable postal and courier carriers appropriate to your destination. Once your order ships, we email tracking details so you can follow it to your door. The carrier receives only the name and delivery address needed to complete delivery.

05Duties, taxes and customs

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. Where these are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your local rules if you are unsure.

06Delays, damage or lost parcels

If your order is delayed, arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact support@freedombath.shop and we will investigate with the carrier and put it right. Damaged items are covered by our Refund & Returns Policy.
