How do I choose the right bundle?

Are these medical devices?
No. Freedom Living sells home comfort and safety products. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. For individual mobility or safety needs, speak to a qualified medical or occupational therapy professional.
Where do you ship and in what currency?
We ship worldwide with prices in USD. Standard shipping is a flat $6.5, free over $120. See the Shipping & Delivery policy for timings and coverage.
What if an item does not suit us?
Unused items in their original condition can be returned within the window in our Refund & Returns policy. For hygiene reasons, opened personal or bathroom-contact items are handled as set out in that policy.
How is my payment handled?
Payment is completed on Stripe's secure hosted checkout. We never see or store your full card number. See the Privacy Policy for how order and billing data is processed.
Do you help set up several rooms or homes at once?
Yes. Use the custom & bulk order form for carers, care homes and families setting up multiple rooms or homes, and we will prepare a tailored quote.
