These terms govern your use of freedombath.shop and any purchase from FREEDOM BATHROOMS & MOBILITY LTD. By browsing, ordering or subscribing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

02Our products

We sell physical home comfort and safety products, bundled by room and by need. Product images and descriptions are illustrative; actual dimensions, load limits and fit are governed by each item's specification and included instructions. Prices are shown in USD and may change; the price at checkout applies to your order.

03Not medical — no health claims

Freedom Living products are home comfort and safety products, not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and we do not provide any medical, nursing or occupational therapy service.

Individual mobility, balance and safety needs vary. For advice about your own needs, please consult a qualified medical or occupational therapy professional. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

04Installation and safe use

• Read the included instructions before using any item.
• Items that require fixing to a wall must be installed by you or a competent professional, following the manufacturer's instructions and checking the wall is suitable.
• Suction-fitted items must be applied to clean, flat, non-porous surfaces, re-checked before each use, and never loaded beyond their printed limit.
• Do not use damaged items; contact us for a replacement or return.

05Orders and payment

An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it (for example, if an item is unavailable). Payment is taken through our secure payment provider. Title and risk in the goods pass to you on delivery.

06Memberships

Memberships are service-type subscriptions offering perks such as member pricing, free shipping and priority support. They carry no credits, stored balance or cash value, and benefits do not roll over. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the current billing period. 07Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it unlawfully. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

08Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any product is limited to the price paid for it. We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

09Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence continue to apply.
